Crozier’s Board of Directors is a governing body responsible for setting policies for corporate management and oversight. The Board is an elected group of individuals that represent the shareholders.
Together, the Board makes decisions as a fiduciary duty on behalf of shareholders. Responsibilities that fall under the Board’s purview include the recruitment and retention of senior executives, dividend policies, options policies and major strategic decisions. ln addition to those duties, the Board is responsible for helping the firm set broad goals, supporting executive duties, and ensuring the firm has adequate, well-managed resources at its disposal.
