With proven leadership and effective communication skills, Janet joined Crozier in 2016, with a mandate to work with the senior management team to review HR policies and put into place strong and timely strategies for recruitment, staff development, and retention to take the company through its next phases of growth. She is a part of the Board of Directors and has been an Associate since 2018.
As Director, Human Resources, Janet has over 20 years of progressive management in recruiting strategy, HR policy development, employee relations, training and on-boarding, legal compliance, and project management within the professional services and hospitality/resort industries.
In addition, Janet works with local communities, as well as colleges and universities throughout Ontario, to identify/explore partnering opportunities aimed at candidate sourcing, recruitment and employee retention.
