Mechanical Engineering Process

Our team provides valuable expertise along every phase of the project.

At the design stage, our team can review preliminary plans to ensure mechanical systems do not compromise Site Plan Approvals with respect to building height restrictions.

From there, we head into the design stage, where detailed drawings and specifications are integrated into the structural design, complementing the architectural vision for the building.

Once finalized, our team provides construction review services including site reviews and creating as-built construction drawings.


Our team uses 2D CAD and 3D Building Information Modeling software to design seamless, integrated building systems, minimizing design changes and costly delays for the builder.
