EGLINTON TOWERS (City of Mississauga) – 125 unit, 12 story family residence and a 126 unit, 10 story seniors’ residence. Located at Creditview Road and Eglinton Avenue, this social housing project for seniors and families is a good example of the in-fill/intensification initiatives becoming increasingly prevalent in the GTA. Crozier & Associates provided engineering support for the project during the planning amendment and site plan approval process.
BOLTON NORTH HILL LANDOWNER GROUP (Town of Caledon) – 270ha Master Planned Community with 12,500 projected people/jobs. Retained by landowner group to develop a Master Servicing Strategy (sanitary, water, stormwater management, transportation) for the Urban Boundary expansion of the Bolton Settlement Area. The technical input by our office has helped develop a Comprehensive Master Community Plan for this area.
GEORGIAN MEADOWS (Town of Collingwood) – 430 unit master planned, multi-phased, residential development. Georgian Meadows, originally a greenfield site, is now fully serviced and virtually built out. The project has spanned over 10 years from inception through to the currently on-going assumption process. A real success story for the builder Sherwood Homes. Crozier, along with senior staff, has been fully engaged from the beginning in all aspects of the development process.
