We are proud to share that Crozier’s president, Nick Mocan, was recognized as Executive of the Year by the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
This award is presented to a Croatian-Canadian individual who displays exemplary executive management and leadership within a major corporation.
Nick has over 20 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering. In 2013, Nick received The School of Engineering’s Mid-Career Award for his noteworthy contributions to the industry. Nick was appointed as Crozier’s president in 2020 and has proven his dedication to taking the company to new heights. Alongside the senior management team, Nick introduced Crozier’s First-Time Home Buyers’ Assistance Program to support employees in their pursuit of home ownership – a benefit that garnered national media attention.
Under Nick’s leadership, Crozier has experienced significant growth and continues to adopt innovative practices that enhance the employee experience. Nick demonstrates a commitment to excellence in all facets of business and facilitates the company’s participation in the communities each office operates in.
On May 13th, Nick accepted his award at the 18th Annual Business Excellence Awards Gala.
