Blue Mountain Village Association


Crozier completed a Capital Assessment Study, that included a 30-year engineering and financial life-cycle projection, for the 35-acre Commercial Village Association within the Blue Mountain Recreational Resort Development. This Study included a building and condition assessment of various site amenities including:

  • indoor/outdoor recreational facilities
  • community and commercial spaces
  • aquatic centre
  • underground parking
  • chairlifts
  • outdoor ponds, trails, and entertainment areas.

The team provided a multi-disciplinary assessment by preparing and incorporating major capital improvement as part of new ownership expectations. Within a compressed schedule, Crozier also provided valuable insight, by completing an asset condition and performance review, indicating which capital improvements should be initiated to ensure sustainability throughout the resort.
