Stephen Hamelin is a Professional Engineer and an Associate with the firm. He joined Crozier & Associates in May 2014 and leads our Collingwood Structural Department.
With over 5 years of structural design experience, Stephen manages an array of projects including wood, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and concrete masonry.
With the Ontario Building Code moving towards sustainable design, including the acceptance of six-storey wood construction, Stephen has added mid-rise wood building design as one of his core competencies. Stephen and his team have managed over five mid-rise wood buildings since the adaptation in 2015, and have others that are in the early conception phase.
Stephen is active in the local community, participating in hockey leagues, baseball tournaments, and fishing derbies.
