Lauren Hardy joined Crozier in 2022 with 15+ years of experience in project management, code compliance review, HVAC design, domestic water, and sanitary design of industrial, commercial, and residential mid-rise buildings.
After graduating in 2005 from McMaster University, with a Bachelor of Engineering & Management (B.Eng.Mgt), in Mechanical Engineering, she became licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
In her role as the Manager of Mechanical in our Milton Office, she directs projects and collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure mechanical designs are efficient, cost-effective, and functional.
Lauren is highly skilled and experienced in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems. She brings a formidable level of technical expertise and problem-solving ability to the projects she works on.
