In January 2023, Juan joined Crozier as Director of Finance, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and operations within engineering services. He has hands-on experience with multi-year and multi-million-dollar Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) projects. Juan has since been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Juan obtained his MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified General Accountant (CGA).
As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and reporting activities for our firm.
Outside of the office, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and two dogs. He is an avid runner and has completed a few half marathons and a couple of Around the Bay races.
