Hamdy Shafi is the Land Development Manager in our Toronto Office and has over 7 years’ experience supporting several development applications in Toronto and across Southern Ontario. These developments include a variety of industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects, with applications ranging from Official Plan Amendments to Site Plan Applications.
Hamdy received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), in Environmental Engineering in 2015 from the University of Guelph. Since joining Crozier in 2015, Hamdy has played an integral role in growing Crozier’s Toronto office, having made the transition to Toronto shortly after that office opened in 2016. His mentorship and genuine leadership will continue to be vital to our partners and colleagues.
As a Professional Engineer, Hamdy provides technical assistance in delivering civil engineering design solutions for various land development projects. His commitment to strong project communication, and thoughtful approach to site servicing and stormwater management is a valuable asset to our land development team.
