Ali joined Crozier in 2023 as Controller, Finance. She is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience.
Ali earned a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Management & Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto. In her previous role, Ali oversaw a significant amalgamation of the two largest natural gas providers in Ontario which involved an accounting policy harmonization and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.
As a finance leader, Ali has experience managing high-performing financial teams and fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and collaboration. She is an advocate for financial literacy and has strong communication, time management, and leadership skills. Ali has expertise in translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
In her spare time, Ali is an avid runner and triathlete. She completed the Mont-Tremblant Ironman in 2018 and will be running the Boston Marathon in 2025.
