Crozier was retained by the Southwest Georgetown Landowner Group to provide transportation engineering to support the Official Plan Amendment for a 1,000-acre mixed-use development – the future home of 19,000 residents and 1,700 jobs.
Our team evaluated collector and internal road network needs, future connections to the boundary road network and multimodal connectivity requirements. We also analyzed and supported reduced Right-of-Ways for collector and local roadways in the development, to facilitate pedestrian oriented streetscape design. This maximized active transportation connectivity within core community areas without compromising vehicle requirements.
Crozier continues to provide support to the Landowner Group team to advance development applications.
