Crozier provided engineering support to a group of landowners advocating for their lands as part of the Bolton Residential Expansion Study initiated by the Town of Caledon in 2013.
Our team identified a strategy to provide sanitary, water and preliminary stormwater servicing for 273 ha parcel of land to accommodate projected population of approximately 12,000 people and jobs. This included conducting various transportation studies; forecasting future traffic volumes, evaluating the current road network, commissioning traffic counts and completing several iterations of master servicing strategies to prove feasibility of the development on the subject lands.
As part of the ongoing advocating process, our team has currently been engaged to provide support through an OMB appeal of the Regional decisions of the Expansion Study.
