Volleyball for a Cure

A group of six Crozier staff from our Milton office spent last Friday evening bumping, setting, spiking, while simultaneously raising funds and awareness for a life-altering disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Our staff were proud and excited to join 13 other engineering firms from London and surrounding area as they battled for the championship title at Volleyball for a Cure for MS.  The money raised will help support research into the causes of multiple sclerosis, treatment options and advocacy for accessible and affordable treatment, and knowledge networks for those affected by MS.

MS is an autoimmune disease that can cause symptoms like extreme fatigue, weakness, impaired sensations, and vision problems, and is most often diagnosed in young adults between 15 and 40. Canada has one of the highest rates of MS in the world, with an estimated 1 in 340 Canadians living with this condition.

Thank you to Dillon Consulting for inviting us to a well-organized, fun and successful event!
