Jim Koutroubis, P.Eng.

Jim is a licensed professional engineer and an Associate with over 31 years’ experience in consulting engineering, municipal engineering, public works, and environmental services. Prior to joining Crozier & Associates, Jim served as Director of Public Works and Environmental Services and Director of Engineering (Town Engineer) for the Town of Newmarket, the 4th largest municipality within the Region of York in the GTA.

Jim’s project management experience spans both residential and ICI land development and includes traffic engineering, utility coordination, reconstruction and rehabilitation projects, corporate facilities, and water/wastewater system design and maintenance.

Jim provides an entrepreneurial business style, results oriented leadership, and a collaborative approach distinguished by a personal emphasis on customer service and plays a key role in business development for the firm.

Jim is a recipient of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal from the office of the Governor General of Canada for his dedicated municipal engineering service to his peers, his community and to Canada, as nominated by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM).
