Tim McCormick, OALA, APALA, CSLA, CAHP, ISA Certified Arborist, is the Director of Landscape Architecture at Crozier, bringing over 20 years of expertise in landscape architecture, arboriculture, and cultural heritage. Leading Crozier’s Landscape Architecture team, he oversees the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions that balance ecological integrity, community needs, and heritage preservation. His leadership reinforces a commitment to excellence in design while respecting cultural and environmental contexts.
Tim is known for his innovative approach to creating sustainable and culturally rich outdoor spaces. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, from urban parks and residential gardens to commercial landscapes, always striving to harmonize ecological principles with aesthetic design. His dedication to heritage conservation is evident in his integration of historical elements and native plantings, which enhance biodiversity and foster community identity.
As an active member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects, Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals, and the International Society of Arboriculture, Tim engages with local communities to promote environmental awareness and stewardship, particularly in ecological restoration. He is also passionate about mentoring emerging professionals in the field. Outside of work, Tim is continually exploring diverse natural and historical landscapes, which continually inspire his creative vision.
