Shawn is an established manager in the construction field with over 22 years’ experience within the construction and engineering industry. He joined Crozier in 2021 as Manager, Construction Services, and supervises field staff from the Bradford office for projects in southern Ontario. His key focus has been on the land development industry where he has a wide range of experience in all facets of construction.
Shawn’s career has also taken him overseas, where he resided in southern Africa on a water supply and upgrade project for a two-year period. As the consultancy representative he was responsible for managing a team and a project with several stakeholders including those from Africa, the United States and Canada.
Shawn is an elite player on our growing construction team at Crozier and leads all things collaboratively and precisely. He has been vital in defining the company’s project management systems and is a hands-on adviser with an emphasis on client partnership.
