Sarah joined Crozier in 2018 as Manager, Operations in the Collingwood Office. Leveraging her prior experience in Management Consulting with a Big 4 Professional Services Firm, Sarah was instrumental in implementing new business processes across all Engineering Services departments in Crozier. As Operations Manager, she collaborates with senior leadership to streamline internal operations and increase office and department integration. Sarah also liaises with all levels of staff in managing resources and supporting performance management.
Sarah is pursuing her Professional Engineering Designation at Crozier. She is involved in Land Development projects of varying scope and magnitude from design through construction, and she consults with multi-disciplinary teams and local review agencies and authorities to expedite approval processes.
