Rani Inchasi is the Manager of Construction Services at Crozier, bringing more than 14 years of experience in construction management and land development. A Professional Engineer, Rani has extensive expertise overseeing road construction and underground infrastructure, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of land development projects, including residential subdivisions and industrial and commercial site plans.
Rani joined Crozier in 2020 as a Contract Administrator, where his strong technical knowledge and team‑first approach quickly distinguished him as a leader within the Construction Services group. Over the past two years, he has served as Supervisor of Field Services staff based out of the former Milton office, providing mentorship to field staff while supporting and collaborating with design teams across multiple offices.
With a deep understanding of construction operations, contracts, and field execution, Rani has made a meaningful impact across numerous projects.
