Paul joined Crozier in November 2022 as Chief Risk Officer with over 20 years of experience in risk management. He has worked across a variety of industries including consulting engineering, utilities, and financial services. Paul holds a degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the Haskayne School of Business, and Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) and Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designations.
Paul currently oversees the company’s compliance and risk management activities while assessing, creating, and developing processes and systems to minimize risk in all areas of the business. In doing this, Paul promotes a sustainable risk culture that aligns with our strategic plan.
Working alongside the executive team, Paul provides his expertise in the development, documentation, and implementation of policies and procedures to support risk mitigation and related triggers.
Paul’s leadership in this distinctive role allows Crozier to exceed industry standards that will allow continued, sustainable growth.
