Kate joined Crozier in 2022 and is the firms Human Resources Manager. In this role, she leads planning, development and implementation of innovative HR programs and initiatives, working with all teams of the firm to support organizational growth. With 15 years of experience in the engineering consulting space, Kate started in operational support before growing her career as an HR professional. Through this journey, Kate truly understands engineering team dynamics and brings a balanced approach to supporting the employee experience and business strategy.
As a resilient leader with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, culture, learning and development, performance management, discipline, and all matters throughout the employee life cycle. In addition to her experience, she has solid knowledge and understanding of Canadian employment laws.
Kate also contributes to HR leadership across the engineering industry through her participation on the Board of the Engineering Human Resources Association.
