Matthew joined Crozier as a co-op student in 2012, and returned to the firm as Manager, Municipal Infrastructure in 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience in delivering municipal infrastructure engineering services, specializing in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure design and construction. Matthew brings broad multidisciplinary experience and a proven track record successfully delivering water and wastewater facility and linear projects ranging from simple rural systems to complex regional based systems.
Prior to Crozier, Matthew led a London-based water/wastewater group providing condition assessments, feasibility studies, Municipal Class EA assistance, hydraulic analysis, civil, process and mechanical design, contract administration and commissioning services for linear and vertical water/wastewater infrastructure for the City of London and surrounding rural municipalities.
At Crozier, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of municipal infrastructure engineering services. Outside of day-to-day project delivery, he leads water/wastewater business efforts, advances engineering practices within Crozier, and maintains an industry presence being active with Ontario Water Works Association and Water Environment Association of Ontario across the province.
