With over 25 years of experience in land development consulting, home building, and development, Kevin brings strategic vision, dedication to mentorship, and a wealth of expertise to his leadership role.
At Crozier, Kevin drives business planning, collaborates on strategic projects with the senior leadership team, mentors emerging leaders, and advances recruitment initiatives. His commitment to fostering a culture of quality and collaboration ensures exceptional client service while nurturing the next generation of industry professionals.
Beyond his responsibilities at Crozier, Kevin is a prominent contributor to the development community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Guelph Wellington Developers Association, Waterloo Region Home Builders’ Association, and Waterloo Economic Development Corporation. His past roles include President of the Brantford Home Builders’ Association and President of the Waterloo Home Builders’ Association and the Board of Directors for the Ontario Home Builders’ Association. Through his involvement and advocacy, he remains closely aligned with the industry’s shifting landscape, emerging opportunities, and critical challenges.
