Kathy Kadziela brings over 15 years of experience in the land development industry to her role as Director, Development. With a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture, urban design and real estate law, Kathy offers a unique ability to integrate the technical, regulatory, and human dimensions of placemaking.
Her expertise covers the full spectrum of urban development — from master planning, private realm design, architectural control, and urban revitalization, to navigating complex approvals, municipal policy amendments, tribunals, and peer reviews. Kathy’s deep understanding of Ontario’s evolving policy landscape and the Planning Act allows her to guide clients through approvals, land acquisition, and policy implementation with confidence.
What truly sets Kathy apart is her collaborative approach and her commitment to creating complete, sustainable communities. Kathy will work closely with our land development, transportation, and landscape architecture groups to deliver innovative solutions for complex development projects. Kathy is also a leader in facilitating Indigenous engagement and providing development consulting services that are thoughtfully tailored to meet the goals and aspirations of each community.
