Jeffrey Swartz, P.Eng., serves as Executive Vice President at Crozier, bringing close to 20 years of experience in engineering consulting, land development, and homebuilding operations. With a strong foundation in both the private and consulting sectors, Jeffrey brings strategic oversight, industry insight, and a results-driven approach to his executive leadership role.
At Crozier, Jeffrey plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction. He works closely with the executive team to guide business planning, expand service offerings, and strengthen Crozier’s presence in emerging markets across Canada. In addition to leading growth-focused initiatives, Jeffrey champions recruitment and leadership development programs that foster innovation and support the next generation of industry professionals.
Prior to joining Crozier, Jeffrey started his career at a large Consulting Engineering firm, where he led the planning and execution of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects nationwide. He then spent eight years in executive leadership at one of Canada’s largest homebuilders, serving roles as Senior Vice President of Land Development and Low Rise Operations. There, he was instrumental in the delivery of large-scale, master-planned communities, overseeing all aspects from land acquisition to construction.
Jeffrey is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence continue to drive operational performance, enhance client relationships, and position Crozier as a best-in-class engineering consultancy.
