Janet Bherer, P.Eng., MBA, was appointed as Crozier’s first General Manager in 2022. As part of the executive team, Janet leads service delivery across all offices and disciplines and works closely with technical services directors as well as fellow executives. Janet focuses on delivering service excellence, managing performance, advancing standards, and strategic operation. Since joining in 2020, Janet has proven to be an invaluable leader who brings her extensive work experience and education in engineering, construction, and business to Crozier.
Janet holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to joining Crozier, she spent 20 years at a building materials firm, showcasing her many talents by taking on various leadership positions in human resources, project management, and customer service.
As General Manager, Janet brings a unique perspective – she is both a numbers person and a people person, known for her analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and is naturally process-driven. She excels at diving into complex problems and transforming them into clear concise language that everyone can understand, while motivating and inspiring those around her.
