Beth Burrows

Beth is Crozier’s corporate communications advisor. She teaches, coaches, and supports the organization in its written and verbal communication efforts. Beth believes that writing well is worth the effort! As an engineer-turned-technical communicator, she helps staff simplify complex information and deliver messages that readers can understand. Her practical approach and attention to detail helps the entire team learn this important skill and create reader-centric documents and presentations.

Beth’s 30 years’ experience as a professional engineer in consulting and the public sector in Ontario helps Crozier communicate in a way that meets clients’ needs. Before joining Crozier, she had her own technical communications and consulting company, delivered her technical communication courses through ECO Canada and guest lectured at the University of Guelph School of Engineering.
