Crozier is the co-group engineer for the development of a 400 ha Block Plan straddling the Stouffville and Markham town border. Crozier is also leading the completion of a Master Environmental Servicing Plan (MESP) and individual draft plans for the majority of the developers.
The MESP includes internal and external water and wastewater servicing, stormwater management using internal resources, and an external consultant team. The external infrastructure scheme includes over $200M in capital works and coordinated funding agreements.
Crozier also provided capital cost estimates to support the cost sharing tables and scoping of technical studies and infrastructure construction costs. Working in collaboration with trustees,
these costs are assigned to the 12 primary participating landowners.
