Crozier & Associates provided site analysis and engineering design to support the re-zoning and site plan approval for residential infill site located in the City of Vaughan by City Park Homes. This infill development consisted of a thirteen townhomes located on a 0.5 acre parcel backing onto the Humber River valley. Approvals for this project were expedited by Crozier & Associates, as well as the developer’s team.
A number of agencies were involved in the approval process, including Toronto Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), City of Vaughan and Region of York. The project was serviced in the fall 2012; house construction has been completed, and occupancy achieved in Fall 2013.
