Blue Fairway by MacPherson Builders is an 850 unit master planned golf course resort in Collingwood, Ontario.
In an effort to minimize upfront costs for the first phase (107 units), Crozier & Associates re-evaluated the design criteria and developed alternative servicing and drainage strategies for the site. This value-engineering exercise led to the elimination of a regional sewage pump station, long predicted for the development.
Our team also implemented Low Impact Development techniques thus eliminating the need for a stormwater management pond block, resulting in further cost savings in infrastructure, a reduction in fill costs and an increase in net development area for the project.
The seventh residential block of Blue Fairway is currently in development.
