Helping you gain an edge on the common elements.

As a Condo Board Member or Property Manager, your decisions are weighted on Condo Act requirements, owner buy-in, reserve funding and repair logistics. It’s critical that each condo corporation maximize the life of building components while ensuring that replacements are made before their failure may lead to costly repairs. Crozier & Associates has solid experience in assessing common element issues, repair and retrofit needs and costing/planning major repairs through to tender and construction. Our expertise in building science, structural/mechanical/electrical engineering and provincial and municipal building standards and codes, helps you to clarify short and long-term issues that can impact your property. It’s a full-on approach which we call The Crozier Way, designed to help you invest with confidence and peace-of-mind in the repairs and projects that are right for your property.
