Last weekend was Crozier Consulting Engineers’ 15th Annual Christmas party, and it was bigger and better than ever! Every year, employees and their guests gather from each of our offices to celebrate, raise funds for charity, award scholarships, win incredible prizes, and enjoy a fabulous dinner, followed by dancing the night away.

Raising A Glass While Raising Funds for Charity
Over the last 5 years, our Christmas Charity Raffle has raised more than $13,000 for local non-profit organizations. This year was our biggest fundraiser to date, with staff contributions totaling $5,400. Every year, some lucky winners walk away with incredible prizes and huge smiles, knowing all the funds raised go to local charities. One lucky Crozier employee even walked away with an all expenses paid vacation somewhere very warm. But this year’s ultimate winners were The Salvation Army Khi Community in Milton, the YWCA in Toronto, and the Women’s Centre of York Region, who were the recipients of this year’s Christmas Charity Raffle funds.
Scholarships – The Crozier Way
Each year our offices employ dozens of engineering students from schools across Ontario with internships ranging from 4 to 16 months. Two scholarships are awarded annually to students who have demonstrated leadership in their dedication to their clients, colleagues, and communities. This year’s Crozier Way Scholarship recipients were Maggie Jasek from our Toronto office, and Zofia Holland from our Collingwood office, both of whom are thrilled to be joining Crozier full-time in 2020. Maggie and Zofia have contributed so much to not only our projects, but to the culture and overall success of the company during their internships. Through the Crozier Way Scholarship, we congratulate them on a job well done while supporting their journey to becoming engineers.
As engineering consultants in the land development industry, our team works hard, day in and day out. No matter the role, our project managers, engineering interns, technologists, and administrators each contribute to the success of the company. The holiday season is the perfect time to eat, drink, and be merry with all the people that make Crozier such a fantastic place to work.
