Collingwood, ON, March 2, 2023 – Georgian Triangle Development Institute’s (GTDI) Board of Directors has elected Brittany Robertson, P.Eng., as president of the organization for a one-year term. Brittany joined the Board in 2019 and has played an instrumental role in ongoing initiatives with the group including attainable housing and regional servicing and governance.
“Her knowledge and expertise of the overall development process from the early planning stage right through to the construction stage will be a great asset for the institute,” said Kory Chisholm, past president of GTDI’s Board of Directors. “We are all in good hands with Brittany at the helm.”
In its 30 years, Brittany is the fourth Crozier team member to serve as president with many board members along the way.
“It’s definitely an honour to be elected to this role,” said Brittany. “I’ve learned so much from Kory, and all the board members over the past few years, so taking this on with such a strong group at the table with me certainly helps. The institute plays an impactful role in the local area and development industry, and creates a combined voice for over 50 local development businesses on regional and provincial issues impacting future growth and development in the area.”
GTDI is a private sector non-profit organization that represents the development industry within the South Georgian Bay Region. Members include developers, planners, builders, contractors, suppliers, engineers, real estate firms, and related industry businesses.
