THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will help develop and execute marketing strategies that drive the growth of the company in both talent and client attraction. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing Crozier’s social media strategy, from ideation through implementation and reporting. Outside of social media, you’ll work on all aspects of Crozier’s marketing components – from managing our website and content strategy to developing sales materials and presentations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Crozier’s social media strategy with the objectives of attracting talent and driving sales; including content strategy and ideation, copywriting and graphic design, scheduling and posting content, implementing paid targeting, and evaluating analytics to drive continual improvement.
  • Carry out reporting strategy – collecting and analyzing data to improve engagement, refine content quality and strategy.
  • Maintain Crozier website; strategize and create content, oversee design and development, implement SEO tactics, manage updates as required.
  • Coordinate media purchases and creative production, both digital and traditional.
  • Develop sales materials, including external presentations, services and markets brochures, and both digital and print materials for conferences and events.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ experience with social media and/or content strategy in B2B services marketing .
  • Demonstrated experience on social advertising platforms on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Hootsuite social posting and monitoring.
  • Initiative and research skills, curiosity to learn the fundamentals about the land development industry, urban planning, and a variety of engineering disciplines.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a high standard for managing the brand voice.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from various platforms, report on key metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Passion for experimenting with different campaigns and analyzing the engagement data.
  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, other content creation, paid social advertising, and reporting tools.
