Collingwood, ON, October 15, 2025 – C.F. Crozier & Associates Inc. (Crozier), a leading consulting firm in the land development industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Swartz, P.Eng., the company’s first Executive Vice President.
Jeff brings 20 years of experience in consulting engineering, land development, and homebuilding operations. His career spans a wide range of roles, from project engineer to accomplished executive, giving him a dynamic perspective and proven leadership skills.

Prior to joining Crozier, Jeff spent his formative years at one of Canada’s largest consulting engineering firms, where he successfully led the planning and execution of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects nationwide. Most recently, he held key executive roles at one of Canada’s largest homebuilders serving as Senior Vice President of Land Development and Low-Rise Operations. In these positions, Jeff oversaw the delivery of large-scale, master-planned communities from land acquisition through construction, consistently driving results and innovation.
Jeff’s collaborative leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and passion for client relationships will help position Crozier as a top engineering consultancy now and into the future.
