In October 2016, Jerry Montour and Kenny Hill commissioned Architect Bill Hicks and Crozier & Associates to redesign the Monthill Golf and Country Club [1] in Caledonia. Leading the civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design of the clubhouse, Crozier & Associates are teaming with Hicks Design Studio and Schilthuis Construction to build Monthill into a premier golf destination in Ontario.
The new 60,000 sq. ft. club house will boast a multi-terrace restaurant, a banquet hall for hosting private and community events, along with new golf simulators. After the expected one-year construction period, Monthill will welcome approximately 60 new full-time and part-time employees.
