The Residences of Peaks Bay in the Town of the Blue Mountains is an exclusive waterfront community surrounded by protected conservation lands.
The development’s Phase 1 consists of 24 fully-serviced lots situated between the Niagara Escarpment and the shores of Georgian Bay, with access to the Georgian Trail system and the Georgian Peaks ski slopes.
Challenges unique to the project involved the design and implementation of a stormwater management system and municipal services that were sensitive to the area’s rich natural heritage. The approval process involved multiple environmental and regulatory agencies from the Niagara Escarpment Commission to the Ministry of Environment Climate Change and the Ministry of Transportation.
