The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury identified the need for the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for the Community Centre and associated lands located at 125 Simcoe Road, Bradford. The aim is to identify constraints and opportunities for development of the site from the perspective of stormwater management practices/designs, assess internal traffic movements, water and sanitary servicing.
Crozier was retained by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to assist in creating the Bradford and District Memorial Community Centre Revisioning Master Plan. Crozier prepared a Functional Servicing, Stormwater Management and Transportation Overview identifying the existing servicing infrastructure surrounding the Community Centre lands, and examining the capacity, material/quality and connectivity of this infrastructure.
