Landscape Architect/Designer

We utilize Crozier’s collaborative in-house multidisciplinary environment to deliver creative, innovative, and functional design solutions. Our Landscape Architectural department works on a diverse portfolio of projects and provides landscape architecture, environmental design, site planning, urban design and arboricultural services

We are looking for a Landscape Architect / Designer with a minimum of 2 years in a landscape architectural office setting, who is passionate about design excellence and keen to develop their professional skill set within a multi-disciplinary office.

You will work in a collaborative environment dedicated to assisting senior and intermediate team members in preparing plans, designs, and studies.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have a degree in Landscape Architecture or College Diploma in a landscape‐related field.
  • You enjoy collaborating with creative and technical teams in developing concept plans, drawing packages for approvals and construction, design details, opinions of probable costs, and presentation graphics.
  • You have 2+ years in a landscape architectural office setting.
  • You have extensive experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have an eye for details, you’re skilled at preparing design development, contract documents, presentation graphics and technical memos and reports to communicate results, recommendations and design modifications.
  • You’re a team player and self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • You desire mentorship from our experienced Landscape Architects and Engineers and collaboration with Project Managers to advance your growth as a professional consultant.
  • You can prioritize deadlines, track the status and facilitate progress on multiple projects.
  • You have strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.


You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of landscape drawings including sketches, detailed designs, master plans, sections, elevations and renderings.
  • Assisting Landscape Architects with the production of landscape architecture drawing sets and specifications, from schematic design through to contract documents.
  • Assisting Arborist with site inventories and preparation of tree management plans.
  • Assisting with developing sustainable site designs (nature-based solutions, green stormwater infrastructure).
  • Assisting with contract administration tasks related to landscape contract documents including site reviews and reports, deficiency lists, and certifications).
  • Contribute to the writing of proposals and project planning to assist with project management.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Landscape Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers.
