Our portfolio of Condominium work includes: 

Admiral’s Gate Condominiums, SCC #314  (Town of Collingwood) – Conducted building structural and envelope investigations pertaining to miscellaneous condominium complex items. Prepared and issued subject reports identifying causes of nuisance items and subsequent remedial repair details, complete with tendering and construction management assignments.

Collingate Mews Condominiums, SCC #5  (Town of Collingwood) – Retained by Simcoe Condominium Corporation #5 to explore site servicing and stormwater management options to improve aging and deficient infrastructure systems within the condominium lands. In keeping with Condo Board input, Crozier provided a detailed design package that met both Town and Condominium resident approval. Upgraded servicing infrastructure including watermain, sanitary, irrigation and electrical distribution systems as well as common element corridor drainage and road networking improvements. In addition to the design and approvals, Crozier handled construction management duties on-site to under budget project completion.

Grey Condominium Corporation #28  (Town of The Blue Mountains) – Provided site servicing design and development management services for a private sanitary sewer distribution system to 38 detached condominium units. Works involved detailed sanitary sewer design and development management services to secure requisite project permitting and Town funding. Crozier also provided contract and site supervision management to a successful and under budget project completion.
