- Pre-engineering to support Feasibility Studies and site
- Detailed design of site servicing and stormwater management facilities
- Comprehensive construction cost estimates and preparation of tender documents including contract drawings and specifications
- Irrigation water balance studies to establish storage & water supply sources
- Permit to Take Water instruments including new applications or the renewal/amending of current permits
