Banting Square Condominiums

Situated at Wellington Street East and Lorne Street in downtown Alliston, Banting Square is a new condominium community. Inspired by the heritage buildings in Alliston Ontario, Banting Square was designed with a red brick exterior, gable building ends and overall symmetry throughout. The development’s namesake pays homage to Sir Fredrick Banting, who was born and raised in the Alliston area.

Crozier’s structural engineering team designed both 4-storey, 56-unit condominiums. Crozier’s building design included sound attenuation mats and lightweight concrete floors to exceed building code requirements. Each of the 112 units in Banting Square boast 8’6” ceilings and oversized balconies, with generous space suitable for hosting an outdoor BBQ gathering. Both buildings also have underground parking and elevator service.

Crozier’s construction team tendered and administered the building contracts and oversaw construction of the development from start to finish, helping to realize the vision of the project team while maintaining projects budgets and timelines. Banting Square is now a highly sought-after community and Crozier is proud to have been part of its process.
