In response to strong marketing initiatives and a healthy sales program of the proposed second phase of a residential condominium project in Craigleith, Sierra Building Group called on Crozier & Associates to undertake the detailed design and construction management of this 28 unit project under extremely tight timelines.

Crozier & Associates expedited the design approvals of the development in a mere 5 months working closely with the Municipality, Architect and Developer. As a result, servicing of the site proceeded over winter months, building permits were secured and house construction commenced in the early Spring 2006 fulfilling the builder’s commitments to his purchasers.

Servicing for Phase 3 is expected in 2007.
