Originally deemed non-developable due to environmental and floodplain constraints, this 28 acre site in Collingwood’s west end was passed over for many years by numerous Developers. Crozier & Associates collaborated with our planning and environmental partners to re-evaluate the property at our client’s request. After undertaking a hydro-technical analysis, we concluded that the flood susceptibility of the property was completely mitigatible. As a result, our client secured the property and proceeded with a rezoning application to permit a residential condominium subdivision.

Over an eight month period, Crozier & Associates worked diligently with the consulting team to secure the rezoning and Site Plan Approval for the 184 unit development.
