Shoppers Drug Mart expressed a desire to relocate and upgrade its retail store within the heart of downtown Alliston. Crozier & Associates worked closely with the Developer, Steve Assaff, to deliver to Shoppers a 17,400 2 ft. flagship store on-budget and ahead of schedule to meet the Christmas 2007 deadline. This involved the collaborative efforts of the consulting team which included architect Sydney Paul and planners MHBC Limited.
